Cold2Sport Return Policy

Orders on Cold2Sport.com
When you purchase products from Cold2Sport.com, you may return or exchange them provided they are unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in perfect condition, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the online order.
This policy applies without prejudice to the legal right of withdrawal recognized by current regulations for online purchases.


Exceptions to Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or improper handling

  • Incomplete products or products without their original packaging

  • Customized or made-to-measure products

  • Sealed products for hygiene or health reasons that have been unsealed after delivery


How to Send a Return

1. Return Request
Send us an email to info@cold2sport.com requesting the return, including:

  • Order number

  • Name of the person who placed the order

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return (optional)

  • Address and time window (minimum 2 hours) for pickup


2. Approval and Pickup
Once the return is approved, we will arrange pickup at the indicated address within a maximum of 48 business hours.


3. Product Exchange (if applicable)
If the return is for an exchange, the new product will be delivered on the same day the returned product is collected, subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Size or product exchanges: Pickup and reshipping costs are covered by Cold2Sport.

  • Defective product or shipping error: Cold2Sport will cover all return and reshipping costs.

Any applicable costs will be communicated before processing the return.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The maximum refund period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

Cold2Sport may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the customer provides proof of return.


Defective Products or Order Errors

If the product received is defective or does not match the order placed, please notify info@cold2sport.com as soon as possible.
In these cases, Cold2Sport will cover:

  • Product pickup

  • Replacement, repair, or full refund

  • All associated costs
